
Our HR department put together a series of long powerpoint documents that they wanted designed up to distribute, but that were clearly not fit for purpose. We helped them step back, look at their purpose and their messaging, and crafted a series of printed guides to the company, addressing everything from culture to processes, and tying these in to a new set of online tools. These guides were all contained in a beautiful cloth bound box with an embossed unicorn, and were conceptualised to be modular and expandable, with more volumes coming out as time progressed, like a local guide for newcomers to the Truman Brewery.
These guides also help set the design language for the company internal communications for the next few years, from posters, emails and online tools following in their footsteps.
